Fun fact that you may remember -- Mekhi finished 5th at this tournament...

the summer before winning his NCAA title. He finished 5th at the Open, then came back to win the trials and make the world team a month later, win a world title later in the summer, and then win NCAAs. Not saying any of the guys who wrestled this past weekend are going to win NCAAs this year -- but a good example of your point about not writing anyone off based on results from this weekend.
